Customers can directly collect plants in our premises, otherwise we can carry or send them by courier. Delivery costs depend on distance and weight of the goods. We can also put in place the purchased plants, according to the terms and conditions explained in the file Entrusting of works. (dealing with the client).

Order

Before making an order you should require an estimate (Section conctats.), indicating name and surname, or name of the firm, fiscal code or VAT, address.
Then you should send us the receipt of the payment in advance, by fax, mail or e-mail (Section contacts.).

Delivery

Deliveries are managed following their arrival order, as soon as possibile, but delivery time can not be fixed.
To cancel an order a recorded delivery letter is needed. For already delivered goods the customer has the right to withdraw, according to terms of Law.
